Helping Shelter Dogs in the U.S.

Although we are based in Portugal this doesn’t mean to say that we don’t care about our four legged shelter friends in other parts of the world.   All of us have a goal in mind – to help a shelter dog in everyway possible and where ever they are.  Well here’s how all of you in the U.S. can do this.

During the holiday season DogVacay is focusing fully on helping shelter dogs as they believe that no one should go hungry, least of all our four-legged friends.   To help a shelter dog have a meal all that is needed is to sign up to the DogVacay page during October and they will donate the meal.

So, take a minute quickly before the end of this month and click on the link to bring a big SMILE to a shelter dog’s face, like our own Era (below) from Aanifeira, and offer a meal to a hungry animal through DogVacay.  You’ll feel so good when you remember that you have done something to help some one!

  1. I just read this today and missed the deadline but I’m thinking about signing up on their site. I also donate quite a bit to Animal Samaritans and ASPCA locally. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for this. Not to worry if you can help out, as you obviously do with others, then this is great! Thank you for following and commenting.
